Navigating Salesforce tools and creating custom solutions, actions, or integrations.
Identifying proper use cases for Prompt Builder, managing prompt templates, and using grounding techniques.
Building and tailoring agents to meet specific business needs and testing them with the Agentforce Testing Center.
Using the Agentforce Data Library to improve response accuracy and personalize interactions, along with understanding Data Cloud retrievers.
Participants will learn to use Agentforce to streamline processes and support teams in working more efficiently. They will be capable of creating custom agents with prebuilt skills for various departments, integrating these agents with existing systems, and applying best practices for accurate, context-sensitive interactions.
What This Course Does Not Cover
A candidate is not expected to:
Possess in-depth knowledge of configuring or fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
Be familiar with coding languages such as Apex or Python.
Have advanced familiarity with external artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
Understand transformer architecture or perform ROI calculations.
Be skilled in white space analysis or have experience with Marketing Cloud, Heroku, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, Quip, or Industry Clouds.
About the Exam
Course participants are also prepared for the Agentforce Specialist exam, which includes:
Content: 60 multiple-choice questions plus up to five unscored questions
Time: 105 minutes
Passing Score: 73%
Fees: Free registration; retake fee of USD 100 plus applicable taxes
Delivery: Available as a proctored exam at testing centers or online
Rules: No reference materials are allowed during the exam
