What This Course Does Not Cover
A candidate is not expected to:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of configuring or fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).

  • Be familiar with coding languages such as Apex or Python.

  • Have advanced familiarity with external artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

  • Understand transformer architecture or perform ROI calculations.

  • Be skilled in white space analysis or have experience with Marketing Cloud, Heroku, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, Quip, or Industry Clouds.

About the Exam
Course participants are also prepared for the Agentforce Specialist exam, which includes:

  • Content: 60 multiple-choice questions plus up to five unscored questions

  • Time: 105 minutes

  • Passing Score: 73%

  • Fees: Free registration; retake fee of USD 100 plus applicable taxes

  • Delivery: Available as a proctored exam at testing centers or online

  • Rules: No reference materials are allowed during the exam

  • Prerequisite: None

  • Manage and monitor agent adoption.

  • Manage Agentforce user security.

  • Test an agent using Testing Center.

  • Deploy an agent from sandbox to production.

Agentforce and Data Cloud: 20%

  • Improve agent’s response accuracy and personalize answers with Agentforce Data Library.

  • Ground with retrievers in Data Cloud.

Agentforce and Service Cloud: 10%

  • Build an agent that answers questions based on Knowledge articles.

  • Connect an agent to a digital channel.

  • Given a scenario, identify the correct generative AI feature in Agentforce for Service.

Agentforce and Sales Cloud: 10%
