Appreciate the way Simon James has designed this Tutorial. Starts from basics. Definitely recommended for people starting newly into Hitfilm and video editing journey. Suggestion for improvement - Kindly provide real life video files having practical applications. Eg - Travel / picnic / trekking / trail travel / beach footage from Smartphones and then demonstrate the editing so that learners can follow along. Also there are so many more features / advance features which are not covered. You may seriously think of adding the advance feature contents like VFZ / LUTS etc which are speical to Hitfilm express. Also give recommendations on whats worth purchasing from Hitfilm store and practically demonstrate on how that can be edited so that learner follow alongs..

The first half is not relevant to me (I have some video editing experience with Adobe Spark and Windows Video Editor) the first two sections give a good summary of video equipment and setup. Section three is where it really takes off. Got to grips with HitFilm quite quickly. Such a great package, such a great course. By the time I started section 4, I was already ahead of the instructor. Great job! Clear and concise.
