Hi Everyone, Once again, Stephen Guise and Laura Avnaim knock this out of the park -- in a perfect all the bases loaded Grand Slam! If you are looking to truly change your life for the better in practical ways then take this course! In all matters that are morally neutral, this course is a God send! I have read three of Stephen's books: "Mini Habits," "Mini Habits for Weight Loss," and "How To Be an Imperfectionist" and even though all of these books are truly wonderful and loaded with insight and valuable tools for really effecting deep and powerful change in life -- these courses truly provide a whole new level of depth and vibrancy to the material. This and their Mini Habits course, also available here on Udemy, provide not just excellent teaching on Habits -- but really provide practical advice on how to truly change your Life for the better. These courses provide wisdom that far exceed any simple understandings of habits themselves. And anyone who is really looking to improve their lives would be truly missing out if they do not take advantage of actually watching and DO-ing these courses. I am convinced that this course on Mini Habits for Weight Loss is really a game changer for all areas of life -- not just weight loss -- because it is so practical in its approach overall. It is trying to be funny, but sorry, I didn`t find it funny... BUT, the advices are good and useful! The lot of experts` exclamation are boring, and too high level English. The whole program could be really shorter and from the owner of the Ideas!
