    I think the tapping will definitely help me get over my resistance to movement. I struggle with Chronic Fatigue, so tend to put off movement because it is hard for me. But I know that it is very important for my health. Tapping will help me change my attitude towards movement - from forcing myself to do it to feeling the natural urge to do it. I look forward to working with this course over the next month and seeing what happens. Thank you!
