    Having to face your fears is not something we want to do, when i did this today my skin was crawling to escape and do something pleasurable but i didn't i knew that i was uncomfortable but i still stuck it, and having to write down what causes your anxiety is a real eye opener but once your done it will be all worth it, so what are you waiting for quit letting fear and anxiety hold you back. Just do this course.
