1. The course was simply a readout of slides. 2. It should have had interactive elements. Like clicking on the screen to expand the menu/ to see the strategies. 3. Some sort of exercise towards the end would help in understanding the content better. 4. A live recorded lecture by some expert working as a category management or a good case study could further enhance understanding.
