I highy recommend this course. Dr. Yang explains in detail and in an very understandable way the process of embryonic breathing. At the end of the course Dr. Yang shows the position we should have while we are practing this kind of breathing. At this part, I would like to see a more realistic example of Dr. Yang doing the embryonic breathing and explaining at the same time.
