I love the short and to-the-point explanations. Delivery is very engaging, and he doesn't spend too much time overexplaining simple features.

I have taken many courses to learn Blender and recently started to focus on the Blender-Unity production pipeline (which has been a whole new challenge in and of itself). This is the 2nd course I have taken from Billy. The first being his character modeling & animation course. Billy is an excellent instructor with a wealth of knowledge. He's not like the typical instructors out there on Udemy (trust me, I've taken many courses for Blender from many different instructors over the past year or so). Billy clearly has the actual learned experience to back up his decision making and process flow and all the techniques he teaches are going to be invaluable as you progress forward with your game dev endeavors. Thank you Billy, once again for a solid course offering. ✌️🤍

This a good course for beginners to learn the tools, and revisit later for tool explanations and examples. The course is for beginners with little to no experience using Blender. The instructor went through most of the more common tools in detail. I was hoping for something more in-depth with UV layout, texturing and baking. I was also looking for more info about designing for Unity or games in general. The course could use a bit of an update since we are now in 4.5 and some tools have changed. This is nice for a reference list. If you forget how to do something check here first.
