I love the teaching style, the philosophy behind the teachings is beautiful. A far cry from the hippie dippie crystal ball catastrophe you might expect from a course of this nature, I felt like it was beautifully grounded in experiential spirituality, I don't think it requires belief as much as commitment to the practice. You definitely need to have an open mind going into this and probably most importantly manage your expectations. I really wouldn't expect someone who has no background in meditation at all to be able to connect with the spirit world after trying these meditations a couple of times. It's something that comes with practice, I feel like I did connect but need to verify it. I don't feel like practicing these meditations alone would transform you into a stage ready spectacular medium but it was a very nice intro to this world for me. I would 100% recommend.
