Create a beautiful painting and learn easy meditation practices that you can use in your everyday life.
As a chaplain and creativity facilitator, I’ve spent the past 15 years crafting classes and workshops that gently weave together creativity and mindful practices in a way that feels accessible, calming, and fulfilling—no experience required. I’ve had the privilege of helping women like you discover how creativity and mindfulness can be powerful tools for finding peace and clarity, even in our busy lives.
In this class, we’ll explore the life and work of Henri Matisse, and together, you’ll create a beautiful piece of art that you’ll be proud to hang in your home or give as a heartfelt gift.

I’m excited to invite you to the first class in a series designed to help you experience more calm, peace, and clarity through meditation and creativity. We’ll practice affirmations, immerse ourselves in the healing sound of Tibetan singing bowls, and explore the joy of working with color—all while creating a piece of art that will leave you feeling centered and inspired.
No artistic experience needed—just a desire to connect with yourself, relax, and have fun. I hope you’ll join us!

What You’ll Learn

Thank you for the class. I liked the fact that the course was short, focused and clear. However, the background (the birds) was distracting. I wish the paper you have painted was bigger.
