Marisa's gentle and encouraging approach makes going Keto seem doable, especially with her additional hints, practical tips, and years of personal experience. Marisa provides ample reasons to the "why" of going keto without the heavy emphasis on losing weight. Her own health journey as well as a balanced healthy-eating approach is inspirational. The lecture slides are clear and informative, and the lecture pace is easy to follow along. I really love her menu pdfs downloads, and I just wish she would include her fabulous Keto bread recipe too! I am really encouraged to update my eating lifestyle.     Yess it was really helpful. I learned that you don't have to eat a lot of fatty bacon or peanuts to stay in ketosis but 1 protein, 1 good fat and 1 keto friendly vegetable. As I train alot and also like to be healthy it help me alot that I can still enjoy lean clean food and still be in ketosis this recipe help alot
