This course is about the psychology of getting and keeping attention. I find the subject really interesting, and the delivery was engaging and fun. However, I was disappointed that it really didn't get into chatbots at all. Based on the title, I thought the course was specifically going to be about how to write engaging chatbot scripts. I still feel pretty lost on exactly how to apply these principles to doing that.

Yes good match. Needed this to take my digital marketing solutions and get the message for each one down to a simple idea that the customer can understand and is inline with his goals and budget.
