In this course we will explore gratitude from a spiritual, energetic, and scientific perspective.

Whether you've been keeping a gratitude journal for years, once had a gratitude practice but have stopped, or even if you think the notion of gratitude having any effect on your life is utter nonsense I invite you to join me. You will take part in a number of journaling exercises and learn simple rituals you can use on a daily basis to bring about an attitude of gratitude in your life. I will share with you scientific studies from the field of Positive Psychology proving the amazing power of gratitude on your health, happiness, relationships and well being. You don't have to believe I word I say, just be intrigued enough to put some of the practices I'll share with you to work and then decide for yourself.

    Hello there, I want everyone, to meet my happy version, purchased the course or I like to call it a beautiful journey maybe a month ago or more.. Didn't want to start..wanna know why? because I had depression and I am a suicidal survivor just like Andy ( my horrible idea was you're an addict, you have trauma you first need to go through pain, then experience the good feelings) that's stupid I know wanting to experience more pain when you are already in pain. while writing my male cat is here with me trying to bite or play with me, if it was my sad angry version she will scream at him or kick him, but my current version is enjoying touching him... I highly recommend the course if you want change the way you look at life, and what I want to tell you that it's okay if you don't want to watch the whole course in one only day, it took me 6 days with notes hhhh ...thank you thyank you thank you ..Andy you're gonna be when of my gratitude letter recievers.. peace.

    I've known about gratitude journals for years, but Andy Grant's course, which also includes motivational and inspirational short clips from Oprah and Tal Ben-Shahar, have convinced and inspired me to do a daily gratitude list and become more thankful and aware. Lessons are in short bites but packed with info. This class will make it to your own gratitude list! The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars is (at the time of writing this review), the course hasn't been updated since 2016.
