Just speaking to the introduction, the instructor does a terrific job of presenting the basics. The "five questions" to ask are alone are of high value! It offers a clear approach to working with clients (in this case, my wife!). Also, as an former educator myself, I truly appreciate that the instructor understands what slides are FOR!
