A simple and easy way to get started on learning to create t-shirt designs/logos. The instructor does a great job explaining on how to use illustrator the easiest and simplest way possible. You get what you pay for, and I can recommend this course for everyone, who wants to start learning on how to use illustrator and making t-shirt designs.

Vey good stuff. Excellent teaching style. Not boring or "canned" sounding. He shows that he cares and desires to impart his knowledge. The only problem I have had is the mask using the trasparent distressed process on the "baseball 22" logo. Have watched many times still doesnt click.

I definitely learned some things. Is it worth $10? Hard to say, because I know illustrator pretty well. I went to college and learned illustrator there, and I knew most of what was covered. However the things I did learn like clipping masks, quick and dirty ways of making patterns, and the cherry on top a setting under preferences I wish I would have knew so badly back in college that would have saved me some serious time and lots of extra effort. Definitely some awesome things learned as far as illustrator goes in the course. I wish there would have been an example section going over how to upload your design to amazon. Theres information that goes into detail about how to get the mock-ups in illustrator, but never an actual example of uploading the file. Even if it was a really simple step it would have been nice. The instructor is pretty cool though and I would recommend his courses, ESPECIALLY if you are a beginner. If you are a beginner, it might be better to check out his other course first illustrator for zombies (I haven't taken that one personally) but from what i've seen it really covers the basics well. As for this course I'm really trying to get into tshirt designing so I wish it would have covered some more advanced steps since I already know illustrator pretty well. But some of the basics I didn't know and I'm really glad I know them now. I should also put, the instructor is really engaging, you won't get bored listening to him and it's good at demonstrations so you can work along side him doing your own thing and testing out the waters of illustrator as you go.
