Perfect I am loving it so far. I want to keep my brain active because my mother died of dementia and I have brain damage from epilepsy. These videos are giving me much valuable information that I can take notes, and apply to my life. I am already applying some information which is encouraging and have found some new information which I know to avoid. Keep up the good work.
