This tutorial series is meant for people who will be coding with woocommerce. Non-coders will be utterly overwhelmed with this. I think there's tutorials strictly devoted to non-coding with woocommerce (possibly Theo's tutorials although I haven't watched hers). It's great for beginner coders like me as he shows tons of useful techniques for identifying how to locate exactly what elements you want to style. It also introduced me to very useful plugins like the custom fields plugin. I'm new to WordPress in general and it was great to learn and put into use key concepts like shortcodes, all the php and wordpress helper function, actions and filters, etc. A couple compaints. First is that he did not go through mock-payments in that section. He just shows how to setup a payment system, but never goes through an actual mock-payment from start to finish. I'm sure I can find mock-payment tutorials on youtube, but still kinda bothersome. Secondly, and not necessarily his fault, but this was made some years ago. And some of the minor plugins he used for visual aid aren't supported anymore and some of the UI has changed on the Wordpress backend since then. No big deal as it doesn't really affect the core of the course. People complaining about his accent are ridiculous. His accent is perfectly fine. I've had teachers with accents that literally sound like another language. This guy's accent is fine. Overall, great tutorial series, very happy with his teaching! Learned a ton about the innerworkings of Wordpress and WooCommerce!
