I was lost at lecture 4; when setting up the Ethereum IDE and the instruction given was entirely different from current content of referenced website. As such, I couldn't follow the course with personal coding practice. The instructor needs to update this course; as it seems 4 years outdated and so that students can meet their learning objectives per the course title.

It is definitely not a basic level course. Explanations need to be much deeper and better. Assuming that person in front knows everything is not a good way to start. Many things are there which need a better explanation for a good understanding of the learner.
