I found the information to be on point and helpful. The workouts were challenging for only 8-10 minutes. Taking this course gave me motivation to get off my butt and do something about my weight, that alone makes it worth while.

Honestly, I've gotten more information out of free Youtube videos. This is extremely basic and should be promoted as such for people just starting out. There is a gap between the "lectures" (this word should not be used in these videos) and the write up about training in a fasted state. What if someone new didn't know what a fasted state was and the reason behind fasting in the first place? Also, exercises should have good form, body awareness and safety to prevent injury. I appreciate what Tim Ernst is trying to do, yet more experience and professionalism is needed in regards to presentation, more informative content, less idle talk and better video. For example: looking at notes to do a round of HIIT, really? Please take this as feedback for improvement.
