Yes!! It has been the perfect match for me. My beloved Father died a year ago ago, so l took an Art Therapy course at the local community center, and it helped me tremendously. I wanted to continue my Grief journey with Chris's courses, and he does not disappoint. Thank you Chris 🙏

This course provided valuable insights into supporting individuals suffering from depression and loneliness. However, I would have appreciated a deeper exploration of how societal factors influence mental health and strategies for overcoming those external pressures.

The rhythm of the presentation is extremely slow. Too many information that don't work for you but to exhaust you and of not a have a single chance again to claim a certificate from the tutor. You can make use of these info only if you have a certain experience and level of understand otherwise you just get lost and you have no idea what to do.
