When we are uncertain, we fold our arms in front of the body. In this class, I will introduce you to the principles of an ancient healing art that helps us release tension and boosts our innate healing abilities. It is powerful, it is versatile, it comes with no side effects or contraindications, it can be practiced together with any other modality including conventional medicine, and above else – it requires only our two hands and nothing else.

    It would be great if there were more detailed videos and subtitles in other languages. It would have been more useful to have a combined version of all the resources in the last section rather than having the resources piece by piece at the end of each lesson.
