My personal experience with them is good but they were explaning topics by just reading only slides, but one thing i must say that they provide very plain english slides which were easy to understand and learn. Thank You.

Instructor can be more helpful on explaining the theories and principles using real life examples instead of reading through the slides. Quite a few spelling errors and mistakes across the slides and exams.

The course is good overall in that it covers the key content for the Test Automation Exam. Opportunities for improvement are: - The instructor could have been more intentional about going through certain points that he skipped over because "we could read it on our own" or "He already covered it" when in fact, the points were adding additional and valuable perspective - Some of the quizzes had incorrect answers, and the response time was slow in terms of confirming if they were wrong or right. This definitely could cause confusion and decrease confidence in preparing for an exam. Otherwise, I really appreciate the effort taken to apply this content to a real world example, and to hear from an automation engineer the way he applies some of this content to his own work. Definitely an appreciated approach that I found helpful.

The tutor is very interested in the topic, has a lot to say and personal experience to share. But a) Course presentation is not professional (goal is to learn what is needed in a focused way so to pass the exam), so good didactic guidance is required (and e.g. no disturbance of sound or mark clear digressing phases so to skip if not interested) b) Very opinionated view (not always generic for other types of SW-testing as e.g. embedded systems)
