    Well-explained, very concrete steps to take. Gets into marketing strategy but in a very focused way, what you need to get clear about in order to make good decisions for your website. It really demystifies website strategy and lets you do a lot of prep so that you could hand a designer some well-thought-out wireframes based on good research.
