    This course was good. I learned a lot, I have never taken any kind of kickboxing or boxing classes. I enjoyed learning how to kick, punch and block. I think that the course could have more moves and longer sessions so I took one star but over all I loved the experience.

    The content is good for beginners, as the course says. The only problem with the course is in the videos itself. In the videos in the gym, the music is too loud, almost at the same volume level as the trainer so it's hard to understand what he says sometimes. I'd advise you to turn down de volume a little for future videos. Also, in the videos explaining the common mistakes, I think the person should be in the frame at all times. I know there can be some limitations for this, as it's recorded in an apartment. Overall, the course is good.
