Decent course with tasty results. The sourdough bread recipe is my go-to now. I docked a star because the video pacing felt slow in places - would've appreciated a 1.5x speed option for some sections. But the fundamentals are all there and the recipes deliver.

Good course for beginners but intermediate bakers might find some sections a bit basic. I appreciated having both metric and imperial measurements since I'm in the US. The croissant technique was new to me and worked beautifully. Would love to see an advanced follow-up course.

Marceau's personality makes this course enjoyable to watch, not just educational. He's clearly passionate about bread and it's infectious. The rye bread recipe has become my weekend ritual. My only complaint is now my kitchen smells amazing and I can't stop eating carbs.

Really solid course with great recipes. Only giving 4 stars because I wish there was more troubleshooting content for when things go wrong. My baguettes came out a bit dense the first time and I had to rewatch sections to figure out where I messed up. But the bagel recipe? Absolute perfection.
