The instructor is knowledgeable but the presentation lacked visuals. It was hard to learn because he would make statements, like a bullet point list, yet there would be no corresponding visuals. I found it hard to follow and grasp the concepts. This course could be improved for sure.

. After some initial technical issues with the sound and video, the flow was logical and easy to follow. . There's a great deal of insider knowledge here, which I very much appreciate, but the communication was not effective pedagogically. The level also assumes some prior knowledge. (See www.clivecashmancommunicationcoach.com) . Still images limit the engagement. EG. when showing screen shots, an active cursor aligning with relevant text would add value. . Still images also give a lower quality impression. . In some cases the narration was too quick and without pauses. Rewinding was required too frequently.
