I am Luca Sonzogni and I used to lead a busy lifestyle in London, UK when food, nutrition and fitness took a step back. I weighted 10 kg heavier than today and I had belly fat, love handles and IBS.
I want to empower you to be the fit, healthier & stronger person you can be. My journey to a strong, lean body and more wellbeing included learning how to properly feed myself, as well as practicing the science and art of Fasting.

The course includes several subjects that are related to intermittent fasting indirectly, like Meditation, exercise, sound healing. Not what I was paying for. I was expecting to have more information on the intermittent fasting psychology and challenges.
