    About two months in with the fast track option of this course an dieting and down about seventeen pounds! Seriously good workouts, lots of variety and easy system to follow. Worth the self investment and you won't regret it

    I am not one to normally leave reviews, but I am so amped about the Fighting Fit program that I feel that I have to. I am just beginning my journey, about two and a half weeks in, but I can say that I have never used a home workout program like this. Doug Bennett has put together a program that can be performed at home with minimal equipment, and changes up every workout that helps me to stay engaged. I’m working towards the goal of getting through one of the workouts without stopping and sucking wind. He also provides a detailed roadmap and nutrition plan that is easy to use and understand. Doug stays on top of you by monitoring you food intake by use of common phone apps and tweaks things as time goes by. He’s already adjusted my nutrition plan twice and really emphasizes the importance of good nutrition. So far I don’t have any negatives to say and am more motivated than I have been in decades.
