Felt the course was too easy, though its an intermediate course. Was looking for some problem solving tools like Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Analysis however didn't find that. The Decision Making Strategies were good.

I really enjoyed this course. Sorin Dumitrascu is a great instructor. He is very knowledgeable and provides a lot of helpful examples. The course is well-organized and easy to follow. I learned a lot and feel confident that I can now solve problems and make decisions more effectively. Highly recommend!

Great course. I like the extra resources as well. I think the exercises are good for practice and it's helpful that I can print them out or use the word docs to fill them out. I would definitely recommend this course for young professionals and will probably have some of my younger staff take this course.
