    I have been working with IT and Computer Technology since the late 1970s. This course provides a good comprehensive overview on how it works and how to resolve everyday problems that occur when maintaining the technology. The only problem I had every so often is to completely understand some of the level of details he was providing as some IT terms on not easily pronounce.
