Transforming HR Function by Implementing Value Stream Mapping: The Lean Agile Way to Organizational Agility
In today's dynamic and disruptive Business ecosystem, Organizational leaders and HR Specialists need to be "Champions of Transformation". To maximize sustainability, HR agility and organizational performance, it is imperative to understand an organization system and its entities, how the entities interact with each other and the impact of interactions on the whole organizational system.
