Scrum starting from February 2001, Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber, and seventeen others software development leaders, created a Manifesto for Agile Software Development, and that's where the name scrum was born. In this class, we will discuss about scrum from basic to advanced.

Starting from the concept of scrum, the scrum cycle, roles in scrum, scrum values ​​to the implementation of scrum in a project. This training takes a case study of Kasir application development using the Scrum framework. The goal is that participants can immediately practice Scrum after attending this course. This training also discusses tips and tricks for dealing with the Scrum Master exam and the grids that come out in the Scrum Master certification exam. The instructor of this course is Hadi Kusyanto, M.Kom, a Scrum Master, IT Manager who has immersed in IT Project Management for 20 years. He is a graduate of the Master of Information Systems program from Binus University.
