While the course is informative, the Muslim prayer chanting at the beginning of each section (over 100) is annoying for many reasons. The Closed Captioning/Transcript is horrible. Words are completely changed. Very inaccurate transcription. If I didn't need the "CCNP Security SCORE" certification so bad, I would return the course and demand a refund. The drawing they do on top of slides is mostly unreadable, destroying the value of the slide. At least, the transcript and Closed Captioning should be redone in this course. I'm hoping UDEMY will do something about this.

The lessons are spot on. I love that Sikandar gets straight to the point and leads into every lab with prerequisite information.

Repeated material between section 4 and section 11, took 1.5 hours to explain the new Cisco certs when a link to the Cisco site that explains it all would have sufficed and then only spent 49 minutes on important topics such as Network Automation Tools. Some of the material is outdated talked about ASA but barely even touched on the Firepower. Small thing but I don't care to hear about any deity before taking an online class
