Good course content. However, I did not understand when I purchased the course that it would be (my rough estimate) 85% Mac concentric. Usually the instructor makes no effort to accommodate PC or Lynix users. For example he says to do something that the student should hit . It would just take a second to add "or , for PC users." Besides NOT providing info that any Audacity beginner needs, the mindless, repeated omission is offputting to a fairly sizeable portion of the student base.

This course is super thorough and nicely paced. The instructions were to the point and easy to follow. My only wish would be that there had been slightly more focus on vocal/spoken audio recording and editing versus mainly music. But I do feel more confident with the software!

It is foolish and confusing for him to teach us short cuts for things that we arejust learning.
