I enjoyed this course. It adds to the knowledge base given in the previous courses in this series. Kevin Putala also does a great job of making anyone feel that they can learn the art in spite of any physical limitations. I'd highly recommend this course (along with the rest of the series) for anyone who has trained previously and is trying to get back into a groove.

Helps reinforce what I am learning during in person classes. I can refine what I learned with the instructors slowed down version of instruction and thus work on developing a more refined technique.

Instructor is excellent. As an older martial artist, his system is really applicable. I was sorry to read that he retired. Wish him all the best.
