Course Overview
Preparation to take Professional Scrum Master Certification and become an Effective Scrum Master in practice
This course will help to prepare for Professional Scrum Master Certification PSM exams.
Will Learn:
Scrum Master Role:
· Planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization.
· Leading, Training, and Coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption.
· Putting the team together.
· Clarifying Product Goals and Project Constraints.
· Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
· Facilitating effective collaboration and development.
· Removing obstacles and barriers to success.
· Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
· Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
· Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work.
· Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
· Provide a vision strategy for Agile practices and enabled a culture to the continuous improvement for the organization.
· Coach team members on Agile processes and facilitated Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.
· Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution across cross -functional teams.
· · Spread headed Agile ceremonies such as Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospective, Story Refinement and Sprint Review.
· Identify complex impediments and assist Scrum Team in identifying a path to deliver on their Spring commitment.
· Empower the team to make process improvements captured in Sprint Retrospective meetings.
· Encourage and implement process improvements.
· Improve productivity through continuous improvement initiatives and reduction of waste.
· Support and educate Product Owner with respect to grooming and maintaining Product Backlogs.
