From AI Strategist to AI Leader: An Actionable Workshop for Leaders & Founders to Deliver Measurable ROI with LLMs
This workshop equips business leaders to champion AI initiatives, then deliver and deploy AI solutions, driving change across the organization with measurable commercial impact.
This is quite different from a traditional “course”!
It’s actually not a course at all: it’s a briefing. A comprehensive, action-oriented briefing on Gen AI, designed by leaders, for leaders.
We will cover:
AI expertise from a commercial perspective
Real-world use cases; with success stories and failures
Actionable toolkits to apply to your business

Using different AI tools yourself; this briefing is about transforming your organization to use AI tools!
If you are an executive, an entrepreneur, a leader, or if you are on a path to become one, then this briefing will position you for commercial success with Generative AI.

"Five stars! This course perfectly balances business ROI with technical depth. It gave me the framework to evaluate AI risks and costs while planning my company's digital transformation. Great content for anyone serious about leading in the age of autonomous agents."

Ed has an uncanny ability to break down complex concepts into clear, digestible mental models. What stood out to me is that the course doesn’t just teach “AI tools” it teaches how to think about building AI products, how to orchestrate systems, evaluate trade-offs, and ask the right questions as a leader. After going through it, I found myself approaching AI projects less from a "What can I build?” mindset and more from "What problem am I solving, and what’s the smartest way to structure it?” That shift alone makes the course worth it.

Ed is a fantastic communicator - he can really cut through the clutter and illustrate where real AI value comes into the question of 'why do I need to learn this?'. Real insight, real value. This is my second course I have done with him and will certainly do more.
