A good change most go through a process to ensure that the outcome is credible and authentic.
There are conditions and catalyst that decide change which cannot be avoided, most often employees reject change because of its consequences so change should be marketed to the employees and involved them in the process, that is the only way change can get the right results in the organisation, it should never be one man show. Expect new patterns of living to take time; Change is a shock because it destabilizes the life you've made for yourself to this point. All habits and routines are up for questioning when change interferes, so going slowly and easing yourself into the new is an essential strategy for coping. Expect that any cange will take time to adjust to; be realistic when enduring big life changes. Give yourself time to recoup. For example if you're after a death, be it a person or a pet acknowledge that how you grieve and how long you grieve for are decisions only you can make. Nobody else can rush you no matter whet they insist.

A change that start within the organization is very easy to control and plan well towards reaching the goal and also taking time to sell the change very well to the lower ranks in the organization, when change is coming from outside the organization it comes with speed. so the preparation may not be well thought through and this has affect a lot of employees to be lay off.
