NEW SYLLABUS: Full Course - everything you need to pass the exam: video lectures, resources, practice questions
This course is intended for students studying the CIPS Level 5 Diploma, Module 1: Managing Teams and Individuals.
The course is based on the new syllabus (blue book) and is relevant for all exam sessions for this module until 2028.
The course covers the entire syllabus for this module, with each learning outcome broken down into manageable 20(ish) minute videos. Videos are available on demand- so you can watch them whenever is convenient to you.
Each video explains the main content of the syllabus with fun and relevant examples. I chat through the content, trying to bring it to life with examples and a few personal anecdotes of my life in Procurement. I also discuss the things I think are most important to remember for each Learning Outcome and ways CIPS could use the content to make questions for the exam.
Each Learning Outcome has it's own 'Resource Pack' which includes links to further videos and reading on the more difficult topics. At the end of each video I provide a list of potential exam questions for you to practice.

Great content and questions. Wish I found the video course sooner, I have been using your courses for all my L5 exams but only became aware of it on Sunday night, with the exam on Tuesday! I'll definitely be getting the video course for L5M4 before it comes around in March. I cannot believe the amount of content in this module, considering it's only 4 questions!

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you so much for delivering this course. I am sitting for the exam in November and had been struggling with the study guide. You removed the complexities and made it come alive for me. I have had a real lightbulb moment listening to the sessions, and everything suddenly started to make sense.
