provided course is ethical and usefull but in that the makers need t provide real life deals ,case studies for better understanding of markets and relations in this course only data base cases are there but in real life the peoples connects not on basis of business but on basis of personal relations and it does affect the contracts and business mindsets , if you are reading this please made some informations about how business contracts are manipulated on basis of personal relations for example me and my cousin brother agreed on to start busniess and we have made all legal agreement and disclose everything in it but in agreement it is written that profit would be equally shared but me myself after 5 years withdraw about 55 percent of profit but my brother does not interfere although he is concerned about this but due to some age gap and respect he himself hesistates to put up question upon me for next 5 years this bleaches the code of agreement and no legal support will enter before filing complain utill he step forward to take some action on me and my drawing
