This is the third DISC Certification Course out of three that we have on Udemy. While the course can standalone - it is meant to be completed after taking our DISC Certification - Part 1 and Part 2 in order.
Coming into this course you should have a good understanding of DISC (from Part 1) and how to practically use it (Part 2). This course is all about how to use DISC with groups of people (teams).
For coaches and team leaders, DISCflex Reports are one of the best (and most widely used) profiling vehicles to assess a team member's overall behavioral tendencies, revealing the elevations of four DISCflex Factors - Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. When the distinctive elevations of an entire functioning team are charted in one Team Behavior Report, patterns emerge displaying a comprehensive picture of a Team's Governing Behaviors as a business unit.
Understanding the Team’s Governing Behaviors (or behavioral preferences) in the context of a business atmosphere, allows a coach or team leader to understand the behavioral forces at play in that team. This course takes you through the DISCflex Team Behavior Report and upon passing the final exam, will certify that the DISC Coach is competent to administer and coach through the DISCflex Team Behavior Report. The report provides behavioral insights that unlock the Team’s Governing Behavior patterns. Knowing the Team’s Governing Behaviors is game-changing for coaches and team leaders.
Are they governed by Dominance -which makes them drive ahead, but not listen to each other?
Are they steered by Influence, making them talk a lot but accomplish little on time - and in the process frustrating leadership?
Do they have the behavioral tendency to think deeply and solve problems, but their execution is off?
Are they rules-driven, making them stubborn about changing outdated policies?
Learn how this can be game-changing for you and the teams you interact with!
Reminder - we can help you if you are new to DISC and have never assessed a team or run a workshop. We can also support you if you are a veteran who is looking to build upon taking their practice to the next level. Go to our DISCflex website to learn more as we have partnership levels that bundle assessments, team reports, and workshop materials in a box to allow you to succeed.
*PS - if you have not taken an online DISCflex assessment as part of your Part 1 or Part 2 Certification we will provide you with our DISCflex Business Behaviors Assessment and Report ($80 USD Value).

I appreciate the differences from other DiSC programs. This program offers how to flex and morph as needed and how teams could be balanced or identify where there is potential challenges.

The level three training could have easily fit into level 2 of the DiscFlex training since a lot of the information given is repeat from levels 1 and 2. I should also note I just finished levels 1 and 2 only a couple of days before completing level three, so naturally it feels redundant to me. If taken by itself or more time in between the first two levels, it might come be more fulfilling.

Some information is repetitive.

Would be good to have an example conversation where they showed how a coaching conversation would go in a team based on scores. Also, less plugging for her company's services would be great.
