The trend of management style and behavior have change drastically in this 21st century, every good manager must understand that he/she lead a team, and to lead a team doesn't mean you will lord on the people, you need to shoe courtesy to the employees, because the employee performance will make or unmake you, this means nobody can be effective leader when the team you lead is consistently under performing. Some football coaches have being sack because their disrespect to the footballer, the footballers intentionally fail to perform which obviously lead to the sacking of the coach.

Every good and better organisations need a competent and skillful workers and this must be done by investing in the people to ensure that they give their best to the organisation. Both management and employees own it a duty to ensure that there is better productivity.
