The information is useful, but unfortunately, I am not very satisfied with the author's presentation and his preparation for the recordings. For example, while I am trying to figure out how to create Trim Sheets correctly, TD interrupts me with a 3-minute monologue about talent. It's confusing.

A great course to learn 3D Environment Art for games that doesn't skip information nor uses timelapses and goes in depth through the creation process. I followed along using Blender instead of 3DS Max and besides some minor hiccups it went smoothly for the most part. There are some sections in the course which seem to have time skips. For example the creation of the road mesh towards the end is missing as well as some other minor parts earlier in the course. I was still able to follow along regardless. Additionally there are major audio levels balancing issues throughout the course which can be quite jarring. You will have have to increase the audio volume to be able to hear the instructor only to then be spooked by a overly loud and distorted Windows notification sound within the video which happens from time to time. If you can look past these inconveniences, this course is perfect for learning a lot about Environment Art for Games.

Thank you so much for the awesome course Mr. Bucco! I followed this course step by step up until the midpoint and started over using the same workflow but with different environment because I wanted to create something new and I can tell you my project is going well! I just wish the microphone audio level is a little bit higher, but other than that this course is perfect!
