At first I was a little put off with the inconsistency of lectures, notes, audio and general coherence of the course, but I realised this was a valuable insight into the ADHD brain and some of the challenges neurodivergent folk experience. This gave me a better appreciation for the content and a more focused motivation to learn.

As it's not easy to obtain affordable certificates specifically for coaching ADHD, this course is ideal for practitioners who aim to understand and manage their relationships with adult ADHD clients effectively. If you have ADHD and/or have studied it elsewhere, the lessons may not offer brand-new techniques. However, I love that the material also includes around 11 ebooks as resources, with clear explanations (and tools, coaching questions, journaling prompts) for future reference. The course is suitable for those who prefer more interaction: there are 2 assignments where you quickly receive feedback from the instructors, 3 AI role-play simulations to practice "live chatting" with ADHD clients, and 2 quizzes to measure knowledge. The only thing I'd improve is the first Introduction section, where the information seems a bit scattered and harder to follow compared to the more structured sections later. I also received my accredited certification from the instructors on the same day, so thank you!

As an adult woman with ADHD I really enjoyed Jeremys lectures and stories and I believe that for someone who didn't come across a topic of adult adhd this is a great source of information. Im leaving half a star empty just because me personally Ii found it very triggering the openings (the music and graphics, and the fact it was not coherent) it made it hard to focus some time. thank you!
