Course Overview

Pilates with props: Pilates Ring,Mini Ball,Fit Ball and Band

Learn to use small Pilates equipment to tone your muscles, enhance body awareness, and improve balance and coordination.

Welcome, and congratulations on taking the first step towards starting Pilates!

I’m so excited to have you here. This course is designed to provide you with a complete, full-body Pilates experience. We’ll combine classical Pilates exercises with small pieces of equipment, including:

  • Magic Circle

  • Resistance Band

  • Mini Ball

  • Fit Ball

The goal is to enhance your awareness of body control, balance, and alignment. Throughout this course, we’ll focus on toning and strengthening different parts of your body, including:

  • Abs

  • Legs and hips

  • Arms and shoulders

All while using these tools correctly and safely to maximize results.

Pilates is for everybody and every BODY.

We all live busy lives, and sometimes we forget to take care of the one thing that carries us through it all: our bodies. The Pilates method in this course is an investment in your body’s future, allowing you to age powerfully. Why? Pilates helps build a strong core, which is the foundation of overall health. True core strength comes from strengthening the small muscles around your spine and working outward. Pilates ensures that all muscles in your body are worked evenly, helping you maintain strength, flexibility, and balance.

At the end of this course, you can expect:

  • A more balanced, toned body from head to toe

  • Improved posture

  • Reduced back pain

  • Increased core strength

  • Boosted confidence

  • A happier, stronger you when you look in the mirror

Did you know that even professional athletes incorporate Pilates into their routines? Pilates is a holistic approach to movement and rehabilitation. By adding small equipment to your routine, we’ll activate those underworked muscles that traditional workouts often miss, helping you achieve quicker results and a more sculpted body.

Pilates truly changed my life. I became physically stronger and gained a sense of confidence I hadn’t experienced before. My mission is to help you feel just as good—strong, confident, and empowered in your body. Because you deserve it!

The exercise sets are good, and some of them are genuinely worthwhile. However, the instructions and use of professional vocabulary could have been clearer and more thorough. It was quite confusing when the instructor said things like, “Put your ring/ball somewhere here”—especially if you’re not watching the screen and relying on audio cues. When teaching, the positioning of props and body parts should be described more precisely. Otherwise, it can come across as the trainer simply demonstrating her own abilities rather than guiding the viewer effectively.

Very clear explanations and visuals. Nice pace, not too fast, not too sliw. Great movement ideas.
