It was an 11+ hour lecture. The information was good, but you can only listen for so long. Program needs more visuals that aren't word documents. The instructor was knowledgeable and conveyed relevant, interesting information, in an antiquated, dull way. Although DBT was the main theme, it was a wavy ride to get to the meat and potatoes sometimes. I prefer a more direct approach...but maybe that's just me!
