    If you are expecting clarity, simplicity, and jargon-free easily understandable knowledge, this crash course is for you. The content is rich, concise, and well delivered. Never knew 50 minutes could have this much revelations for a man who is fitness oriented. The experience, science, and knowledge behind it is more than evident.
