    I wish she could tell us what she used for the other side,I understand the other side was baby spinach.As for the salmon,it was perfectly done.

    unfortunately the audio is not stable, it is not clear at some parts but overall i still can catch the words. It is better to use multiple camera so audience can get clearer image of the food she is cooking. From these videos I can learn food recipes and the spices from India and it is a new knowledge for me, thank you.

    Even though the title says "No Oil" recipes, the instructor uses Pam spray, which is oil. Loved the tortilla recipes! I give them a big thumbs up.
