Course Information
Course Overview
Exercises based on vedic astrology and planetary cycles to improve physical and mental health.
Welcome to the "Astrological Practice of Yoga" course! This course will increase your understanding of traditional yoga and Vedic astrology.
By purchasing this course, you will always have an up-to-date set of yoga and meditation training modules, which can be repeated every week, month, or year.
Humans, as part of the universe, are inseparably connected with it: with the Earth, with space, as well as with the elements: water, fire, wood and metal. Accordingly, human activity, including training, should correspond to natural rhythms and cycles. This approach will teach us to truly live in harmony.
In the course of daily yoga, each day corresponds to a certain primordial element, develops a certain energy (qi or prana), and harmonizes the practitioner with the entire universe. This will allow you to get closer to knowing the true essence of your Soul.
I am sure that after the first practice, you will begin to feel renewed.
The ideal student of this course is one who wants to use the resources of the universe for a more comfortable existence and happy future by devoting only an hour a day to this practice.
If you are interested in an even broader development of your mind and body, we recommend that you try our "Yoga for the Eyes" and "Morning Yoga" courses.
Happy learning!
