Course Overview
Continuing your martial journey and waking the warrior within!
Congratulations on completing the Tang Soo DO Basics Part 1 & 2!! I hope you are enjoying your journey and feel confident in the skills you have developed. Tang Soo Do means "Way of the China Hand" and in this course, the more circular movements seen in Chinese martial arts will begin to come into play.
Building upon the Tang Soo Basics Course Parts 1 & 2, the intermediate course introduces the next level of blocks, kicks, strikes, and the first three Pyung Ahn forms in the art of Tang Soo Do. Students will learn more advanced techniques, proper stretching, breathing, and mindset. You will be challenged more as you continue to strengthen your balance, agility, and movement. Speed, power, and snap will also begin to be developed at this stage, which results in faster and more powerful techniques.
The road will begin to get more difficult now, so if you ever have any questions, or comments, or get stuck on a certain section of the course, DO NOT hesitate to message me! I am here to teach, guide, and help you through each of the courses and help you continue in your martial arts journey. I look forward to seeing you in the advanced course!
